About Exemption from FDY Through External Exams (TOEFL)

The minimum valid TOEFL IBT score for exemption from the Foundation Development Year at the undergraduate level, has been raised from 80 to 85 starting from the Fall semester of the 2024-2025 Academic Year.

For the submission period from June 7th- June 27th 2024, the minimum valid TOEFL IBT score will remain as 80. After this date, the minimum valid score will be 85 for all new and continuing students in the following external exam submission periods.

ExcellEnt Project 2nd Webinar Event

Funded by the European Innovation Ecosystems (EIE) program under Horizon Europe, the ExcellEnt project is carried out with the mission of strengthening entrepreneurial practices and establishing links between EU entrepreneurship ecosystems. Times Higher Education (THE) has announced the results of the Young University Rankings 2024. According to this ranking, Sabancı University has achieved great success by rising from 89th place to 54th place compared to last year.
