The winners of the “High School Awareness Awards” organized by the Sabancı University Civic Involvement Projects Unit are being announced.

Sabancı University Master's Program in Action Research and Transformation (mART) will organize the 2nd Sustainability Transformation Conference on December 18, 2024, to address how sustainability approaches in companies can be developed in a more holistic manner.

Human Library was held at Sabancı University on November 26, 2024 at Sabancı University Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences.

The second term of the SOCAR Energy School certificate program, which was implemented in collaboration with Sabancı University Executive Development Unit, EDU, and Turkey’s largest integrated industry group SOCAR Turkey, has been completed. Participants who successfully completed the nine-week program received their certificates at a ceremony. The certificates were presented to the participants by our University’s Vice President for Education Cem Güneri and SOCAR Turkey’s acting CEO Elchin Ibadov.

The fourth Data Science and Analytics Seminar Series at Sabancı University was held with a presentation entitled 'From Code to Canvas: The Aesthetics of Technological Art' by Sabancı University Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences Faculty Member Selçuk Artut.

The Dicle Koğacıoğlu Article Award Conference, which will be held for the fifteenth time this year in memory of sociologist Dicle Koğacıoğlu, will be held on Saturday, December 7th between 17:00 and 18:30 within the scope of the 2nd International Conference on Gender Studies in Turkey.

The “Business Analytics Workshop 2024” organized by Sabancı Business School every two years was held on November 29, 2024, at the Sabancı University Performing Arts Center.

Sabancı University Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences Materials Science and Nano Engineering Program Postdoctoral Researcher Dr. Ahmet Güngör’s project entitled “From Waste Disposable Face Masks to Activated Carbon: Synthesis of Polypyrrole-Activated Carbon (PPy-AC) Composite Electrodes and Supercapacitor Application” will be supported within the scope of the TÜBİTAK 3501 Career Development Program.

The third Data Science and Analytics Seminar Series held at Sabancı University on November 20, 2024 was realized with the presentation of Dr. Mert Moral from the Sabancı University Political Science and International Relations Program.
