Applications for Foreign Language Proficiency Test for Public Sector Personnel (KPDS) will be made between 08 - 17 October 2012. 

Test will be made in German, Arabic, Bulgarian, Chinese, Danish language, Armenian language, Persian, French, Georgian language, Dutch, English, Spanish, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Polonese, Hungarian, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Serbian, Ukraine language and in Greek on the date of 18 November 2012.  

Test Centers: Adana, Ankara, Antalya, Balıkesir, Bursa, Denizli, Diyarbakır, Elazığ, Erzurum, Eskişehir, Isparta, İstanbul, İzmir, Kayseri, Kocaeli, Konya, Malatya, Mersin, Samsun, Sivas, Trabzon ve Van illeri ile Lefkoşa'da yapılacaktır.

Application fee: 3 TL
Fee for New Password: 2 TL (only for second entrance)

 a) Personal applications from internet 

The candidates who have applied for one of the KPDS tests during the last two years (2010, 2011) may apply for the 2012 Fall test from internet. They have to use the “APPLICATIONS” field under the ÖSYM web site http://www.osym.gov.tr to get their passwords and control their personal information. They have to make the necessary changes, if any. 

b) Applications by application centers: Before coming to an application center, candidate should;  

Fill in the Information Form for Candidates completely and accurately
Pay the test fee and have its receipt
Have a certified personal identification card with photo
