The launch of the “Digital Transformation Journey”, which includes Data Governance, Portfolio & Project Management, Process Simplification & Digitalization, Demand and Product Management, and Digital Cultural Transformation, which was implemented with the aim of building the future together as Sabancı University, took place on January 8.
The Digital Transformation Office shared details about its strategy, roadmap, and governance models at the launch, which was held with prominent speakers and panelists, including Süreyya Ciliv, and Sabancı University members, academic staff, and stakeholders.
First Event with Digital Transformation Ambassadors
The Digital Transformation Office held its first event with digital transformation ambassadors on January 16 after the launch. The first training process was completed with the “Agile and Lean Awareness Workshop” held after the meeting, where digital transformation ambassadors came together, had the opportunity to meet, and planned the steps of working together.
