In accordance with the regulation of Turkish Council of Higher Education (YÖK), a new arrangement was made in the admission requirements of PhD programs to Sabancı University for the Fall semester of 2014-2015 Academic year about the condition "Foreign Language Certificate" and "Certificate of Proficiency Exam Result".  PhD program candidates who have applied or will apply, are required to perform their applications in accordance with these conditions by examining the admission requiremensts stated in the links below.
